科技業高薪搶才，傳出航空雙雄近期有近400人出走，有自稱前華航飛機維修員，在網路發文喊在職3年薪資沒有什麼進展，還曬出主管對話，有心成長的可當作考驗心理素質，不外據了解，華航本年決意加薪4％留才、攬才。

傳航空雙雄維修人力出走到科技業，有自稱已去職的飛機維修員在PTT發文秀出薪資單，透露曩昔在職3年薪資凍漲在6萬左右，還曬出前主管對話，有心在華航成長的，可以看成考驗心理素質的機遇，讓網友們全看傻，科技業搶才成了整個傳產的痛。

工具機產業招募花蓮在地年輕人，供給食衣住行等福利，鼓勵到西部進修專業技術練習，傳出台船去年也遭科技業吸走近百位員工，對此台船默示，去年約90人自願離職，僅知部門轉往科技業，據了解，這些轉職並不是被挖角，科技公司主要透過招考吸走人材。
